Banana muffin and sugar-free popcorn
:ingredients
Chopped barley: One cup
Vanilla: A quarter teaspoon
Milk: A quarter cup
Bananas: A number
Whole organic flour;
Organic melted butter: three tbsp
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the barley and vanilla. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the feed to make a noodle.
Add the mashed banana. Pour flour and butter into the food processor, mixing to form a pancake batter.
Spoon the oil on a loaf of baking paper and bake for 3 minutes at 4 degrees, until golden brown.
